The Nordslands

In the world of the Griffin Legends there are many different lands. One such realm is known as the Nordslands.
The Nordslands are a cold and dangerous region to the north. Crazed necromancers rule the Blighted Lands while cyclopes, orcs, and trolls all fight tooth and nail for the limited resources in their realms. The Kingdom of Azgald has been in a near-perpetual state of war with the Five Clans for centuries.
A number of crusades have been called by the western kingdoms to support the faltering Azgaldians. Some crusades have helped extend the life of Azgald to varying degrees. Other crusades met with disaster.
